About San Pedro Overlook

Campbell Ranch, an entity of Campbell Corporation, encompasses roughly 30,000 acres of land on the East side of the Sandia Mountains. Within Campbell Ranch we have three communities: San Pedro Creek, San Pedro Overlook and Sevilleta.

San Pedro Creek was the first community to be completed and consists of homesites starting at ten acres. San Pedro Overlook, still releasing new homesites, offers three-six acre homesites within a gated community. Still in the planning phase is Sevilleta, which is going to offer 1/3 to 60 acre homesites, a town center, golf course and community parks.
